Erica Clemmons Dean, Owner of SAGED Printers, is a dedicated labor activist. She has been organizing workers for over a decade for better workplace policies. Erica created SAGED Printers to help build more awareness of unions and what it means to be a part of them.

SAGED Printers is currently an online print shop that employs five unionized employees. In April 2023, Erica plans to launch its first apprenticeship for high school students to learn the business and to become members and supporters of unions.
